The Challenge
For marketing agencies, the rise of Generative AI brought a new kind of chaos. While tools like ChatGPT are powerful, the workflows surrounding them were broken. We identified a recurring pain point across the industry: "Prompt Amnesia."
Effective prompts were being lost in chat histories or scattered across tools. Teams struggled to maintain a consistent brand voice, often rewriting instructions from scratch. There was no "single source of truth" for high-value AI instructions.
The Solution
We built a centralized prompt management system designed to treat prompts like software code—with version control and strict rules—wrapped in a user-friendly interface.
The core philosophy is "Don't rewrite; fill in the blanks." Users create Master Instruction Cards, and the system dynamically injects specific context (variables) while enforcing brand guidelines. It balances technical power with UI simplicity, ensuring output consistency regardless of who runs the prompt.
Growth & Impact
While my co-founder engineered the backend, I spearheaded product definition and go-to-market strategy. I orchestrated a closed Beta launch, acquiring ~45 active users with zero paid spend through targeted user research and outreach.
The results validated the need: Agencies reported a drastic reduction in time spent rewriting instructions and successfully eliminated "drift" in AI outputs. We are now preparing for Beta Phase 2, utilizing feedback loops to stress-test new collaboration features.
