Work Timeline & Responsibilities

1.CRM Ownership & Client Operations

  • Led the migration and optimization of our CRM via HubSpot.

  • Built a robust pipeline structure: Hot/Warm/Cold leads, Deal stages, Reminders, Contact logs.

  • Attended and documented all key client meetings (new and existing), owned MoMs, and ensured follow-ups.

2. Outreach Automation & Lead Generation

  • Took over Apollo.io (Email) and Dripify (LinkedIn) campaigns.

  • Wrote outbound messaging sequences, optimized campaign structures, and tracked conversion performance.

  • Created A/B test flows to identify high-performing outreach strategies across verticals.

3. Event Networking & Relationship Building

  • Represented Tailwebs in multiple networking events and industry meetups.

  • Initiated conversations with prospects and partners, generating pipeline opportunities beyond digital channels.

  • Maintained relationship history and tracked follow-ups in CRM for long-term nurturing.


Product Experience: ShopAR – In-House Launch

About ShopAR:

ShopAR is Tailwebs’ proprietary Augmented Reality solution enabling retailers to turn everyday products into immersive AR experiences for their customers.

My Role in the Launch

  • Core member of the GTM strategy team, helping plan customer acquisition tactics and identify best-fit channels (Cold Calls, Door-to-Door, Ads).

  • Contributed to copywriting across mediums: landing pages, app UI, sales decks, onboarding flows.

  • Took charge of sales execution, iterating fast between sales methods—initially cold calls, then pivoting to door-to-door and paid ads, which delivered results.

Parallel Execution

Throughout my tenure, I worked in parallel across both the service business (Tailwebs) and the product arm (ShopAR), handling client acquisition and relationship management for both.
